Remember, there are 16 ounces (oz.) in a pint and 8 pints in a gallon. Therefore if you are expecting 100 adults and children, you would need 200 pieces of chicken and 3 and 1/2 gallons (28 pints) of side items. (100 x 4 oz. divided by 16 = 25 divided by 8 = 3.125; we rounded up to 3 and 1/2 gallons
